Room was clean, location was decent for the price. Lots of shops nearby and only 10 minute walk to main train station and major tourist attraction.

Staff were very helpful during our stay

The buffet breakfast was reasonably extensive and sumptuous, siialr to other properties in its class. The staff was superb, uniformly polite, helpful, experienced and kowledgeable. If you expect to have climate control you will be horribly disappointed. The a/c is centrally controled even though there is a therostat in the rooml. The Merbure chain has a policy of not turning on the air conditioning at all until May 1, and then only having it available unitl outside temperature has dropped below 18 C (64 F). The room can bake during the day and my room was stil at 24 C (75 F) long after the outside temp had fallen below 18. Sleeping was not comfortable.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff ant in a great location.
